Current Opportunities for a Recruitment Coordinator/ Branch Manager

Transparency Personnel Ltd, a Leeds based Commercial Recruitment business is looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator/ Branch Administrator due to recent expansion.

This is great opportunity to become part of a very rewarding and creative working environment which prides itself on continuous improvement, quality and attention to detail. Within this broad ranging position, you will be involved in a myriad of tasks which will include:

  • Business development
  • Database building
  • Arranging interviews
  • Registering Temps
  • Organising payroll
  • Compiling CV’s
  • Marketing

Ideally we would be looking for someone who has fulfilled a similar role before, or alternatively an administrator from a recruitment business who has been involved in candidate and client interactions.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, outside the box thinking and a real passion for hitting targets and KPI’s. We are looking to speak to individuals who are willing to go the extra mile in this competitive market and are keen to become part of a winning culture.
