Job Description

Are you an experienced Administrator with a background within construction (modular or traditional)?

Our client is a highly successful company with exciting plans for the future. Due to outstanding growth, they are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to assist in the coordination of bid and tender activities across various departments.

Your main duties will involve;
Creating and updating electronic records of all tender activities including formal acknowledgment to the client
Working alongside the Chief Estimator to generate accurate costings for each new project and assisting in the coordination of activities across all departments involved in producing tender documentation
Compiling the formal handover documents that form the basis of the handover meeting with the client at the end of a project
