Job Description

Our Client is a leading growing legal firm, established pre-World War Two. It has grown significantly to hold a number of offices within the WF postcode. Historically the company has a strong background in property law, but since the 1980’s has become increasingly involved in personal injury and medical negligence. Due to company growth, the person who filled this original position has been promoted, and they are now looking for an experienced legal secretary.

Main Duties;

To prepare correspondence and documents as support to Fee Earners
To administer filing, photocopying and prepare mail
To attend to clients both face to face and on the phone
To provide cover for the reception
To take care of appropriate diaries

Essential Requirements;

Trained in secretarial practise
Excellent word-processing and audio-typing skills
Experience with digital dictation
Good organisational ability and client care skills
The ability to work under pressure

Ideally you will come from a medical secretary or legal secretary background.
