Job Description

Our client are a successful legal firm and are requiring a methodical, personable and professional administrator for their team in LS8. You will be dealing with a variety of claims management companies regarding accounts matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Dealing with invoicing, payment, reconciliation and recording
  • Reviewing contracts to ensure payment terms are adhered to
  • Compiling data on supplier cases in order that credit is controlled
  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers

The ideal candidate will;

  • Have a background dealing with suppliers in a professional manner
  • Have dealt with aspects of finance administration
  • Be able to maintain successful relationships
